Quick Build shortcut in Windows

Looks like Build: Quick Build keybinding is super+ctrl+b and I can confirm it does not work in Windows 10:

I can't find any other documentation on the quick build system, I just want to setup a particular file to use xelatex (for fonts). Realize this is a separate issue, but came across the above while trying to do this ...
