Steps to reproduce

Use the SMN Blood Pact: Rage of Diabolos, Nether Blast against various mobs, including mobs with Magic Defense Bonus traits and Tinnin.

Expected behavior

Nether Blast damage should be relatively static, being affected solely by Magic Attack Bonus and Magic Defense Bonus. Most interestingly, the JP wiki claims it actually does breath damage, specifically stating that it's unaffected by MDT modifiers like Shell, and does no damage against Hydra type monsters.

Yes you are correct, Nether Blast is breathe damage as it states, I can probably get to this sometimes this weekend but no promises. Waiting on a couple captures for something summoner related still
