I found this guide online:

Maybe this is due that names differ, you are naming it:
EK-VT33R-SV-001
and the document found is named:
EP-VT33R-SV-001 (and filename is just 0540.PDF)

Also date you listed and date of the scanned document differ, but I guess we can be glad to have a copy at all.
