feat: tie-in router

Allow configuration to specify:

• named layers, i.e. connector to use and creating the tables for the connector (from the default or override table configuration),
• inter-layer routing, i.e. how raw edges are generated from the raw data,
• inter-layer and intra-layer-sampling, this should be tuple-based (let's whether that's possible with YAML-based configurations!?) and support a special wildcard-operator, to enable specifying samplers for many cases.
