Add DocFX documentation somewhere, somehow.

Last time I tried it. It didn't liked the project layout.

There is now basic documentation available at https://lemonui.itslemonchan.com https://ui.itslemonchan.com

I'm still working and dealing with some big DocFx issues like no good theme support and collisions between the different assemblies.
