Why Verification Failed

Sometimes, the verification process might not go as smoothly as expected, but there's no need to worry. We're here to assist. There are common issues that users may encounter, each of which can be resolved with ease.

Purchased a Gift Code without Registering It with a Havoc Account

Please review your order details carefully. If you find a gift code, proceed to https://havoc.app/account/redeem and redeem it there.

Having Difficulty Connecting to the DRM Server

This problem is infrequently reported by users. Ensure you can connect to Internet.

Outdated Version

Due to the anti-piracy mechanism requiring periodic upgrades, please update your application version to activate the license.

Safari & Private Browsing

You have to use Safari to login to your Havoc account and disable “Private Browsing” for TrollRecorder to access your account.

Still Have Problems?

If the above solutions do not resolve your issue, you have the option to request a refund. Please contact us through the email address provided within the app. The refund process may take up to 7 days to initiate, and it could be an additional 30 days before your payment provider processes the refund and returns the funds to your account.

Please log out by tapping the sign-out button found in the menu when you tap on your avatar on the Havoc home page, using Safari.

验证失败自助排查

少数情况下，应用程序可能无法验证你的购买。请参考下面的内容，按照步骤排查。

错误购买成了礼品码

请仔细 检查您的订单详情。如果你的订单包含一串叫做 Your Gift Code 的代码，则表明你购买的商品为兑换授权的礼品码。
请前往 https://havoc.app/account/redeem 兑换。

Safari 打开了无痕浏览模式

你需要使用 Safari 登录你的 Havoc 账户，并 关闭 “无痕浏览” 模式，使 巨魔录音机 能够访问你的购买信息。

1. 关闭 “无痕浏览”
2. 不要使用第三方浏览器
3. 不要在任何邮箱 App 内的网页浏览器中操作，就算在邮箱里收到了登录验证链接，也请使用 Safari 打开！

购买账号与登录账户不一致

已购用户经常会出现购买账户与登录账户不一致，无法完成验证的问题。
例如：使用 Apple ID 登入并购买，但下次登入时使用了 Google 账户。

如果不确定自己到底是哪个账户完成的购买，你需要使用 Safari 登录你的 Havoc 账户 以查看已购订单。
确认该账号已购买对应版本的巨魔录音机后，再继续完成验证。

如需切换账户，点击右上角头像，选择 Sign Out 登出。

过期的版本

由于反盗版机制需要不定期升级，请更新巨魔录音机到最新版本。

无法连接到验证服务器

部分用户在连接到授权服务器时会出现错误。请确保你能够连接到国际互联网。

1. 不要对自己的魔法太有自信，也许你需要关掉再试试。
2. 进入设置，蜂窝网络，打开 “巨魔录音机” 的联网权限。

如果上述解决方案未能解决你的问题，你可以申请退款。请通过应用程序内提供的电子邮件地址与我们联系。
退款申请过程可能需要最多 7 天时间，之后你的支付提供商将会处理退款并将资金返回到你的账户。资金到账可能还需要额外的 30 天。
