Chip was ordered as BMI160 but looks like an LSM6DS3

Actually neither of those are supported, you will need to find a different tool to check those. :) You can check the supported chips here

If someone wants to add support for these, feel free to make a pull request, i don't get enough request for this so i won't add it myself due to a lack of time...
