It is necessary to update the CHANGELOG.md based on the history of commits and tags.

The format is based on Keep a Changelog, and follows the requirements of the Nextcloud Appstore Metadata specification

Changelog generator suggestion:

https://www.npmjs.com/package/generate-changelog

With the changelog following this pattern, changes to the last release of the app will appear in the Nextcloud app store.

PS: It is necessary to remove the composer package that does this. The composer package has been deprecated.
