Downloads via Rest from GitHub or Modrinth, thats easily doable

Requires: #124
Why? Because automatic file updates are important to keep the PL working

Problems:
How to update Velocity?
How to update Bungee?

Velocity and bungee does not have a update Folder path. Need to think about this one

Idea:

Have an internal folder with the updated file. Move the file on proxy shutdown to the plugins folder to "overwrite" it. Would be a bad practice but it would work

On Paper thats not a problem, because of the existing update folder.
