You don't need template or specific docs now.

we are still missing instructions to send users to https://nodejs.org/en, so that they can generate local docs.

That's what dev_docs is for though? We have Node_jll so you don't even need to install Node.

ah.... I always do npm run docs:dev, and if node is not installed it does not work.
