The 1.99 series seems to be causing Google Voice to have an unresponsive GUI and interferes with sending and receiving messages. I've tested this on two devices (Galaxy Nexus with CM, Xperia Tablet Z with rooted stock), first with no restrictions on the Google Voice app, then a fresh install of XPrivacy with no restrictions on any app, and this issue resolves when I disable the XPrivacy module and reboot. This issue isn't present in 1.11.12.

Please enable debug logging in the XPrivacy settings and capture a logcat.
