Currently with XPrivacy 1.99.60 if the user pulls up a list of apps without restrictions (ie, ones previously not found in the database or new apps the user recently installed) by filtering on permissions, user apps, restricted/negated they will get a list of the apps with no restrictions as expected. If however they attempt to do a fetch restrictions it will attempt to do a global fetch restriction instead of limiting itself to just the apps being displayed. This should be corrected. Right after attempting the fetch restriction and cancelling when I saw many other apps listed than just the 10 I had viewed I clicked on "switch theme"...this caused the display to switch to showing all user apps even though the filterss still indicated "permissions, user apps, restricted/negated" was still in effect. This may or may not be related to the first issue.

This issue was created in regards to posts made in the main xprivacy thread. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=50696873&postcount=7769
