Settings for ICC ID only allow 19 digits most

There are 19-digit and 20-digit in use, see detail:

I don't see 20 digits.

Ah, I see: "However, the GSM Phase 1[4] defined the ICCID length as 10 octets (20 digits) ..."

I will increase it to 20 digits.
