Add Renovations/Upgrades that make the building visibly larger

Renovation part could include adding extra stores to the building? Which would increase the building's area and add 3m to its height that you would visually see on the map (Halftoneoscillator)

This issue might have to be split into two different issues as a renovation is different from adding another story to a building.
