Hi, I think will be a great improve to add a way for to change the input audio while we are recording.
I do it changing in Pulseaudio control (Ubuntu) in the Recording place. I look for SimpleScreenRecorder and change the monitor of PC to Microphone. I use this when I am recording online screen and then I need to change to microphone.

You can put this in the last recording screen of the software. So we config audio source 1 or 2.
You clic audio 1 and choose your source of sound. The same with audio 2.

And when recording is in process we can change between 1 or 2.
1 when recording audio from PC
2 when recording audio from Mic.
