Feature request: exported functions so other libraries can import individual functions

Not sure what the issue is exactly because I'm not a go expert but what I got from hairyhenderson/gomplate#283 (comment) is that if sprig exported individual functions (or something like that) then other libraries could adopt individual sprig functions instead of re-implementing them.
