[0.50.03-SNAPSHOT] Megamek Theme changes to Capellan if Client Settings are opened and closed after first launch

Brief Description *

Possibly related to #6464

Similar to the above issue, on first launch if you do NOT open Client Settings, the Megamek UI theme is set to the MegaMek default:

If you then open Client Settings, make no changes whatsoever, and just hit Ok to save/close the Client Settings window, the next game you launch will have the Capellan theme set:

The Theme dropdown defaults to Capellan in the dropdown in Client Settings, but this only takes effect once you actually open/close Client Settings for the first time.

This bug has existed for several versions and is very subtle, setting low priority as this will not be a new change and not generate user reports, unlike the minimap change.

3. Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Megamek
2. Open client settings
3. On Main tab, verify the Skin File default SHOWS as "BW - Capellan Confederation.xml"
4. Make no changes and hit "OK" to save/close Client Settings
5. Start a game, the UI will now be the Capellan theme with green text on the buttons and no MegaMek logo at the top-center of the screen
