[Issue] uncaught exception when trying to click the copy button while changing a skills xp requirements

Brief Description *

Under Campaign Options>Advancement>Skills>Combat Skills when I entered new values for xp to go up a level and then clicked on copy to copy to other skills it threw an uncaught exception.

3. Steps to Reproduce

Start a new campaign, go to Campaign Options>Advancement>Skills>Combat Skills and then click the copy button.
