Brief Description of Enhancement *

At current, injury does not factor into a character's retention chances. While a few bumps and bruises probably shouldn't, a permanent injury should logically make a character be more likely to retire. Losing your arm or being put in a wheelchair from a shattered spine is generally a good time to rethink your career choices.
