Add reload button

Currnetly many of the standard example nwb files are cached locally on the server. If these files are updated, e.g. on GitHub, the cached versions are loaded by default. It would be good for this (and other scenarios) to have a explicit refresh button which ensures the latest version is pulled and the application reloaded with it.
