After the holiday season update, Python Interactive icons don't show up any more. And I don't think it's the extension's question.

I can repro this with the insiders build.

Insiders build isn't loading our svgs anymore. ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT is being returned for loading the SVGS from a root path.
