The documentation for the guid profile option specifies a format, but doesn't say where or how to find or make a guid. I eventually found instructions for generating one by googling.

Addressed here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/terminal/customize-settings/profile-advanced#unique-identifier
