After setting controls, it gets reset after MAMEHub restarts.
I think it's because the updater overwrites a configuration file.
For clarification: It's only when MAMEHub is closed and started again. The controls are still intact when rejoining games.

You're the second person on a Linux machine that has mentioned this. I do not seem to have this problem on my Windows OS.

I've seen three people on Windows machines today tell me to wait because they're configuring controls: ciccio, Bobbydigital and Rai. I regularly see them, so it's unlikely that they've done it for the first time.

I can avoid this issue by starting the .jar directly instead of the .sh

im not sure if its related but if you are a peer, and the host closes the emulator, you will lose any changes to your settings.
