UNRECOGNIZED_ID in the logs isn't useful #1924

I hit this when I didn't have the WASM module properly installed, and a user in Discord hit this when they also didn't have WASM properly installed.

We should catch this specific UNRECOGNIZED_ID error code and log a better message that suggests closing MSFS and reinstalling the WASM module.
