Conversion was failed

When trying to convert a texture pack I get a zip rename error.

ERROR: Uncaught TypeError: this.zip.rename is not a function

System info

Converting
System OS: Windows 11
Browser: Chrome

Fixed in 1e81e53 or release v4.3.1
