How to install

1. Download the Extension from GitHub

  • Go to the GitHub repository where the extension is hosted.
  • On the repository page, click the "Code" button and select "Download ZIP" to download the extension’s source code to your computer.

2. Enable Developer Mode in Chrome

  • Open Google Chrome and type chrome://extensions/ in the address bar, then press Enter.
  • In the Extensions page, toggle the Developer mode switch on (this is located at the top-right corner of the page).

3. Install the Extension

  • Once Developer Mode is enabled, click the "Load unpacked" button.
  • A file dialog will appear. Navigate to the location where you downloaded the ZIP file.
  • Extract the ZIP file to a folder and select that folder in the dialog.
  • Click Select Folder to load the extension into Chrome.

4. Select a Website

  • Navigate to the website you want to convert into a Progressive Web App (PWA).
  • Make sure the site is fully loaded before proceeding.

5. Generate the PWA

  • Click the extension icon in the top-right corner of your browser.
  • Click Generate Manifest to create your app.
