MCprep 3.5 RC-4 (Sort of)

While not officially an RC release (we're almost done with MCprep 3.5 anyway), the mcprep-rc branch has been updated with the latest fixes from the dev branch.

What's been changed since RC-3:

• Prep materials has been fixed (Fixed syntax error on line 253 in prep.py #480)
• Updater has been fixed for animated textures (Fix animated textures updater #483)
