i have the badges in the root badges folder and the gytb badges folder aswell i have been on like 6 forums and none of them have helped and i have never used nintendo badge arcade

Ah, btw. Seems I've fix it by creating a new nintendo network account on the console. It was empty before.

I've fix it by using the newest version of Anemone to install the badges, simply by prssing X and then left button to install all the badges(make sure that you have put the badges files in the Badges folder under the root of your SD card :)
