Blank screen when opening app

I don't want to bug this, because I have no idea how to recreate it. Occasionally, when I launch the app it comes up blank and doesn't proceed. I just close it and try again, but wanted to post.

Here's the CMD window. I waited 19 minutes just to make sure it wasn't me being impatient. This usually happens when I open after a break (like first thing in the morning).

If this is seen again, zip up the settings folder in the workspace so we can inspect the viewer logs.

@BryanHurst I also pulled the debug file out of the viewer folder and adding it in with the logs.

@missyschoenbaum the logs didn't reveal as much as I was hoping.
The next time you have this happen, can you scroll back in your console output and find the line that says "Found ports xxxx and yyyy", open Chrome and navigate to 127.0.0.1:xxxx (using the first port listed) and see if the application properly loads?

Another clue. It did this after I ran the batch process. I gave it 9 minutes, so I'm not just impatient.

As we aren't able to reliably replicate this for troubleshooting, moving to the Backlog.
