Does result for MPNST make sense? A chemical entity that increases abundance of a gene/protein that causes MPNST couldn't possibly be treating that condition, right?

SEMMEDDB provides the composite edges for this path, but I am not clear on if BTE takes direction of effect into account in creative mode?

Hi @sierra-moxon ... you, I trust :-) So I have given you admin privileges to this repo. Please amend as you see fit.

Also, I'm not clear whether an important September issue has to be reassigned to the Feedback repo, where to link issues to (meaning where is the root issue to which some like this should be linked), and other process steps. While we learn all this, I think it would be best for you to have full access to this repo, to manage the tracking and TAQAs smoothly.
