Manually add Dicipline for each entry to our training data (for export to DALIA) #601

To convert our .yml file to a DALIA .csv file, we need to add a Discipline to every entry. See also #146 and #142 .

However, I think the only important ones for our data are:

026 Biology
300 Biomedicine
232 Health Science/Health Management

49 Human Medicine (excl. Dentistry)
221 Bioinformatics
247 Medical Informatics
