Need a protocol for checking and reporting missing images

Currently, I've got a script that can check by collection and date range for barcodes from DigiApp exports that do not have a corresponding image on the N drive. I have another script that matches this data with the taxon name and storage location, to make it easier for the digitizers to locate the images that need re-imaging.

I need to come up with a procedure for managing this.

• How often should the scripts be run?
• How can I best report this data to the digitizers?
• Maybe this should be part of the re-imaging protocol being developed? (#126)
