D:\20241007_AU_Herb02_Fabaceae_CVH (This one was left intentionally for testing/research)

  • log and output files saved to Documents/scripts/confirmAuImagesOnNDrive/research
  • only about half of the images went through species-ocr
  • 113 images left in the folder that need to be processed again
  • AU_Herb02_17396.raf is folder image for first 18 specimen images. Can we re-export this one image to tif, then run all images through species-ocr again? (Instead of re-imaging)
  • To run through species-ocr again, we may need to rename the folder, move it temporarily to DaSSCo top secret, then move it into normal species-ocr folder when bugs are fixed

This folder is now on ucloud so when species-ocr is set up there and ready to run, I can take these actions there.
