v5.1.18 - released June 26, 2024
* The EFIRE VIIRS products were updated from v1.2 to v1.3.  
   * There are no scientific changes associated with this product update, but the filenames have changed from EFIRE-VIIRSI_v1r2 to EFIRE-VIIRSI_v1r3, and the RAP smoke processing script needs to be updated accordingly.

   * Test the RAP smoke processing task for a single cycle.  A full cycle test is not needed.
   * These changes should be implemented alongside hrrr.v4.1.15.
