Export SwtControl State

Hi,

I was trying to use PyDSS with HELICS to open or close some switches using an external controller. But PyDSS did not allow to export the state property of the SwtControl object in the dss file. Can this be done currently in PyDSS and if yes could you tell me what I need to do?

Hi, I will test it out this week and get back to you. You should be able to do it
