No results, unable to 'save'

I have registered a new account, though got no confirmation email (gmail). Also attempted registration through Facebook, which resulted in 'no access to this app' type message.
Prepared a case study (CHP & renewabes), resolved all error messages. "Get Results" fails on multiple attempts. Just reverts to the top of the input screen (no error messages), no 2nd page opens as described in the manual. Also no apparent way to save my input or results. No 'save' menu choice available anywhere I can find on-screen or in the manual.
Any advice would be appreciated.
