Problem when instaling with pip

when I try to run the command :

pip3 install -U MinkowskiEngine

I get this error:-

Try to install cuda in conda (choose the right cuda version).

conda install cuda -c nvidia/label/cuda-11.3.0

nvcc --version # validate
