At which URL did you encounter the problem?

http://dev.finto.fi/jhsmeta/fi/index

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Use a vocabulary with full alphabetical index enabled and that has both uppercase and lowercase labels

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

'A' and 'a' are listed separately, even though they should be combined.
