Bug AvaloniaEdit about Document set Plus goto line and Column fix

Today I added a hack that waits for a smidge to call Scroll To and then calls again after an arbitrary time.

It would be cool if I could do a solution inside of AvaloniaEdit ( I also want to start my own fork eventually anyway ) that would handle this internally, since there is perhaps some asynchronous stuff happening in AvaloniaEdit.
