Range only applies by player interaction

After setting a range the range only applies if its added by a player.
If a player is not the one putting the disc into a jukebox it wont work the same and it will instead set the default range.
If the disc is added to the jukebox by Hopper/Dropper etc, its back to the default.

I can't reproduce this issue (Paper 1.21.4-b121 with CD 4.2).

Set a disc to a range of 5 :

• Playing it directly to the jukebox : Range applied - OK
• Throw the disc on top of a hopper, then into the jukebox : Range applied - OK

Also, you didn't give much details :D
Server version as well as plugins versions on your server ?
