test: Test legacy addresses for premine recipients

Add two receiving addresses to the premine distribution, generated
alphanet (v0.5.0) and betanet (v0.10.0) respectively. In the new test,
the corresponding seed phrases are used to instantiate a new wallet
whose balance is then verified to match with the new premine
allocations.
