The market price for Blacksmith's Whetstone is currently 3 to1e. Since Regal orb which has a price of 12 to 1e, and it is not hidden in very-strict level item filter. Blacksmith's Whetstone should not be hidden too.

I'm currently on the road, but I'll do the next economy update ASAP, latest this weekend (unfortunately until GGG apis are back these need to be done by hands)
