Wierd behaviour 2.12.2 compared to 2.12.1: host cannot be found

Just using 2.12.2 and I get errors that the host cannot be found (in the logs), Not always but at random times when accessing proxied hosts ..

going back to 2.12.1 it does not show issues. It only happens when using HOSTNAME in the Forward Hostname / IP section
When using IP I do not see an issue

Anyone with similar issue? There is a no reason for me to update from 2.12.1 so I can keep using it, but I like to have new versions if they work correctly ;)

I'm running NPM on a Proxmox LXC where 2 PiHole's offer DNS which have no issues as well
