1.12 - Essentia Storage Cell can't be partitioned in Cell Workbench (Partition doesn't work)

Describe the bug
The Partition for the ME Essentia Storage Cell (any size, Thaumic Energistics 2) don't work when partitioned in the Cell Workbench (Applied Energistics 2). Let's say you partitioned it with Aer Essentia - That Cell can still be filled with let's say: Auram, Ignis, Aqua and so on.
That shouldn't be the case, only Aer Essentia should be inputable for that Cell in this scenario.

Steps to Reproduce
Take any size of an ME Essentia Storage Cell (Thaumic Energistics), put it in the Cell Workbench (Applied Energistics 2) and take any Essentia Phial (filled with some kind of Essentia) and "fill"/select the slots, (you could even fill EVERY slot there, it doesn't make a difference), then take the Cell out and put it into an ME Drive.
Let's say you used Aer Essentia and every slot is partitioned with that. If every other Essentia Cell is full (in your ME System) or only one Essentia Cell (the partitioned one) is in the ME System and other Essentia's come into the System (via a Essentia Import Bus as example), it will be transfered to your partitioned Essentia Cell, even though there should only be Aer Essentia inputable.
Not ony Aer Essentia will be transfered to that one cell, but even Auram, Ignis and so on.

Expected behavior
The ME Essentia Storage Cell can still be filled with let's say: Auram, Ignis, Aqua and so on.
Only Aer Essentia should be inputable for that Cell in this scenario.

It might also be possible that this feature isn't included yet, because in 1.7.10 there was a Essentia Cell Workbench if i recall correctly and here i'm using a Cell Workbench (since the Essentia Cell Workbench doesn't exist).
