I have a strong suspicion that the version information in this CVE is bogus and there was never a version released with this vulnerability.

If I'm right, the vulnerability was introduced in FFmpeg/FFmpeg@9c0beaf and fixed a couple of weeks later in FFmpeg/FFmpeg@d6f2933 due to being reported as https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/8845
