Su-33 doesn't have carrier support

It has the arresting hook, but it doesn't appear to do anything. Would be nice if this aircraft were set up to work with aircraft carriers.

Now I am acutely aware that there isn't any Kuznetsov style aircraft carriers in the workshop right now, but it would still be nice to have the ability to launch planes.
