Generate/Enhance cast

As a user, I want to be able to click a button in the cast modal to generate or enhance a cast.

Requirements:

1. An icon is added to the cast modal
   1. Sparkles icon: https://fontawesome.com/v5/icons/sparkles?f=classic&s=regular
2. If a user hovers over the icon button, they see this tooltip: Enhance or generate cast | Hold at least 1,111 $SPACE to unlock
3. If a user clicks the button but they do not hold a nOGs NFT or at least 1,111 SPACE, they see a tooltip with a red background that says ‘Hold at least 1,111 [[$SPACE](https://nounspace.com/t/base/0x48C6740BcF807d6C47C864FaEEA15Ed4dA3910Ab/Profile to unlock this feature’
4. If a user (that holds 1,111 $SPACE or a nOGs NFT) clicks the generate button and has no copy input, use this prompt for generating a cast from scratch:
