What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install wingui
2. press finish button
3. an error message appears, look below

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The program doesn't work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I used all versions and I'm using 2.3 pre 8 b5 right now.
Operating system: windows 7 professional, intel core I5-2400 CPU 3.10Ghz, 64bit
