Indicate which orders are yours in the orderbook #321

It would be very convenient to be able to spot your orders in the book at a glance. Perhaps a mark/symbol next to the order, or the the order can be highlighted by a slightly different colour, etc.

I think it's a good one. On Bitfinex I've seen it and it's very helpful.

Well I think this is good because you see which orders are yours and you can cancel them right away.

yeah, lets integrate the cancel button again.

@peculiarity the button works fine, but the styling looks a bit weird, it seems there is too much space between the button and the first column.
