[feat] cargo stylus init request

Hi all,

Thanks for all the great work!
I thought to make a quick feature request for a cargo stylus init command, which would ideally follow the pattern of cargo new and cargo init, allowing cargo stylus to initialize a project in an existing folder (with an existing repo). I'd also be happy to help with this if needed. :)
